JomSocial Search Engine Optimization Metatags (JS SEO TAGS) has been updated to v5.2 and v6.0 to be COMPATIBLE WITH JOOMLA! 1.7!!

JomSocial Group Kunena Forum Integration (JS G-KUNENA) has been updated to v7.0.1 to solve an issue when, under certain circumstances, the Kunena major version was not correctly detected. It now follows the procedure suggested here.

JomSocial Group Kunena Forum Integration (JS G-KUNENA) has been upgraded to v7.0 to be able to handle PRIVATE GROUP DISCUSSIONS!!

Since the first JS G-KUNENA version, users have been requesting the feature that, besides integrating JomSocial group discussions inside the Kunena forum, when needed JS G-KUNENA was able to keep private JS group discussion available only to group members.

This feature raised a lot of concerns because it required that either the JomSocial team or the Kunena team took a step forward in his UACL to facilitate that integration. Finally the Kunena team has set the pace and, starting with Kunena 1.7, it allows setting Forum access rights using JomSocial group memberships.

The new JS G-KUNENA v7.0 takes advantage of it, and offers a lot of flexibility to handle user access rights to the forums, keeping them public or visible only to group members as required.

This is a major redesign since the first version was released, and now it works with Joomla! 1.7 and Kunena 1.7. Early next week a new version will be launched with Joomla! 1.5 compatibility.
