JS FACE - Facebook User Walls
Starting from JS FACE v3.0 (and above), the JomSocial Facebook™ Integration extension is able to automaticaly post JomSocial User Activities on Facebook User Walls, thus integrating the two worlds even more. This article explains what JS activities are currently handled by this functionality and how they look on Facebook User Walls.
Facebook News Layout on User Walls
JS activities are displayed inside the User Walls as User News. The following pictures show the Facebook User News layout.


Facebook User News contain the following information:
- Actor: the user that makes a participation
- Title: the participation title (general information)
- Subtitle: the participation subtitle (specific information) - it includes a link
- Description: the participation description
- Additional information: any additional information about the participation - each additional concept includes a link
- Thumb image: a thumb image for visual information - it includes a link
- Application icon: the Facebook application icon
- Additional link: an additional link included in the user participation
JS FACE handles user activities in the following manner:
- Actor: The JS actor is the same as the Facebook actor.
- Application icon: Always displays your JS FACE Facebook application icon.
- Additional link: (As the main goal is to promote the JomSocial community), the additional link always points to the JomSocial frontpage, where users are prompted to register in the JomSocial community.
- All other information is handled depending on the kind of activity, as described later.

User Status News

- Title: the JomSocial community name
- Subtitle: the new User status
- Subitle Link: to the user profile on JomSocial

- Thumb link: to the user profile on JomSocial
Album/Photo News

- Title: the Albums content title plus the JomSocial community name
- Subtitle: the activity title
- Subitle Link: to the album preview on JomSocial
- Description: album description plus number of photos in album
- Additional information: Content: Photos
- Additional information Link: to the JomSocial albums
- Thumb image: album thumbnail
- Thumb image link: to the album preview on the Facebook application
Video News

- Title: the Videos content title plus the JomSocial community name
- Subtitle: the activity title
- Subitle Link: to the video player on JomSocial
- Description: video description plus video duration
- Additional information: Content: Videos
- Additional information Link: to the JomSocial videos
- Thumb image: video thumbnail
- Thumb image link: to the video display on the Facebook application
Friend News

- Title: the Friends content title plus the JomSocial community name
