The JomSocial Profile Completeness (JS PROCOM) is probably the most straightforward and easiest to be managed Add On for the JomSocial social network component to display user profile completeness.
JS PROCOM is a Joomla module that displays Profile Completeness for your social network members, and guides them to participate on your site. To calculate the profile completeness it takes into account five different kinds of information:
- Profile Avatar
- JS Custom Profile Fields
- JS Friends & Connections
- JS Groups
- Forum Posts
According to the module settings, not only it displays the profile completeness percentage, it also tell your users what is the next step to take to achieve a 100% Complete Profile.
It can be:
- Setting the Profile Avatar
- Filling up a Custom Profile Field
- Adding a new Friend
- Joining a new Group
- ...or Writing a new Post on the Forum
This functionally will both guide your users on your social network and greatly increase overall member participation.

Please check the configuration setings, as it seems the fields id parameter is empty.
Please fill the field ids up, and it will work fine.

Hello I just installed the module js Procom but I get the following message:

Hi Christian,
This is because of the module configuration. JS PROCOM adjusts the completion percentages based on the parameters set on the module configuration: the features enabled and the percentages assigned to them.
You can set empty those you are not going to use, but those you use must also set a percentage (or more than one in a comma separated list). If you don't set those percentages, it can raise the issue you mention.
Please review the module parameter to check that the percentages for the enabled features are set right, ok?
This will surely work it out.

Hi I just installed the above module, but get this error message:
No valid database connection You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1 SQL=SELECT v.field_id, (v.value !='') as completed, f.name FROM `jos_community_fields_values` as v left join `jos_community_fields` as f on v.field_id=f.id WHERE user_id = 82 AND field_id in ()
What should I do. I do not want to mess around in the code...
