JS XMAP installation
JS XMAP for Joomla! 1.7 and 2.5, and XMap 2.x
JS XMAP is a JomSocial addon made up of a Joomla! XMap plugin.
To install JS XMAP in the JomSocial site, the Joomla! extension installer is used.
This is the procedure:
1.- Unzip the js_xmap_UNZIP_FIRST_J17.zip file included in the JS XMAP release.
2.- Login to the Joomla! back-end.
3.- Go to Extensions → Install/Uninstall
4.- Select the xmap_com_community.zip file and press the "Upload File & Install".
You should see a confirmation message stating that the addon has been successfully installed.
JS XMAP for Joomla! 1.5, and XMap 1.x
JS XMAP is an XMap extension.
To install JS XMAP in the JomSocial site, the XMap extension handler is used.
This is the procedure:
1.- Unzip the js_xmap_UNZIP_FIRST.zip file included in the JS XMAP release.
2.- Login to the Joomla! back-end.
3.- Go to Components → XMap → Extensions → Install
4.- Select the xmap_com_community.zip file and press the "Upload File & Install".
You should see a confirmation message stating that the extension has been successfully installed.
